GWES.exe has NOT been swapped, it looks like MS undid whatever changes they made to it to cause the funky icons, yay! Compime.dll is still from 21731, just in case.

Herman XIP is tested, but the Apache, Kaiser, Titan, Victor and Vogue all look good.

Update: It might help if I actually attached the XIPs, sorry!

I can't get this build to work correctly on my Titan. After the first boot, the background is black, the scrolling is all weird, and I am unable to get into the start menu. Any ideas?
