It sounds like you have installed something else that is causing your problem. If you have downloaded an older version of the weather updater app to allow you to update the weather on your phone to the area you live in then this is why you are having problems and I would suggest to remove it and add this one that I will post for you below cause this same issue happened to me till I loaded up the new weather app and deleted the old one.
Also if you are using the old Diamond tweaks this could cause this issue so I included the new one that works with this rom.
