I have called 5 times in the past week and each time they don't know what I am talking about. Finally I got transferred to retentions, and she said they don't do it for SERO. If someone has gotten it they will get it taken away very soon.
She notated my account that pick 3 can be added for $5 dollars. Wasn't that nice of her.
