In the TF3D mode, go to Settings> Sound> put all sound on high, next go Advance in the lower right corner and check mark Hardware buttons, set it to loud... See if this will make a difference, keep me posted on the results, for some reason I have not had that problem with in-call volume. I have a special software hack in my next version for the in-call sound issues...
