Sorry if this has been discussed, I have searched and found no one with the same problem. So if there is a thread and someone can just link me to it that be great.

So yesterday I go to turn on my bluetooth and nothing happens.. It acts like it is going to turn on but it doesnt. If I go into the bluetooth setting and turn it on that way same thing nothing happens. When I go a tap "add new device" it comes up with "error problem with bluetooth hardware".

I called sprint and sometimes you get some one that has a good bit a knowlegde, but not lastnight. I got some lady asking me to do all the same stuff I have already tried. She seemed like she was just reading troubleshooting steps off her computer, but she was very nice with no help to my problem.

The last thing I really want to do is a hard reset just bc I did one last week and just got everything reloaded again. Thanks in advance for any help.
