You can try the chome visual editor it has a tool to display colors and it will give you the code.
I was able to get these two to work on my Touch Pro.

"#FFFF0000", "#FF000070" the second one is more crimson

Got a couple more codes for red
"#360000FF"(Red\Orange)
"#FF000090" The Seventh place digit can be from 4-9.
Also the first two places are for opacity ex. FF is 100% and 00 would be 0%
Also noticed that Red is very hard to duplicate for the fonts, probably uses a lower color scale.
