Do not blowdry it, this will put too much direct heat on the TP, it can mess up the screen and fry other things.
Do not try to turn the phone on when its wet, take the battery cover, battery out, put the phone in a tub of dry white rice, bury the phone and let it sit for 24 hours or more.
