I can't get my Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to work over Bluetooth Personal Arean Network (BT PAN).

Windows isn't detecting my device under the BT PAN screen, when I add it though it finds HTC79, which I assume is my TP, but when I click add, it doesn't do it... ICS works just fine tethered through the included ICS from Longhorn...

Any ideas?

Also, was that weird problem regarding the add/remove programs for the last tab fixed? The problem where if you added programs or removed programs the sliding tab would just disappear altogether and you had to soft reset.
