Sure, Thanks to DeciBel on the sMMS forum.

How To Install Themes:

1) Download Zip file.
2) Extract Zip file to a temporary directory.
3) Open the temporary directory.
4) Select the XML file and the directory of images. (Hint: Click Edit, then Select All)
5) Click Edit then Copy.
6) Connect your phone via ActiveSync.
7) Right-Click Green ActiveSync logo on the system tray.
Select "Explore".
9) Open "My Windows Mobile-Based Device".
9a) If you installed sMMS to your DEVICE, Open "Program Files".
9b) If you installed sMMS to your STORAGE CARD, "Storage Card" then "Program Files".
10) Open "sMMS".
11) Open "skins".
12) Click Edit then Paste.
13) On your phone, open sMMS.
14) Select "Settings".
15) Select the theme you would like from the Drop Down list next to "Theme".
16) Select Save.
17) Exit sMMS.
1 Open sMMS again to confirm you have the new theme working.
