Bell Diamond stuck in roaming

Hi, after trying out a few ROMs on a CDMA Bell Diamond (Mighty, Juicy, Energy) My phone is now stuck in Digital Roaming mode. On Juicy's ROM it used to show up as "International" and after loading the DCD Bell .cab it's now "Digital Roaming". I can't seem to update the PRL and it does show up as a different # than reported by others (31402). However, the update PRl utility in Juicy's ROM seems to not work (although it could be me not being able to figure out how to use it). Reflashing back to a Bell Stock ROM has the exact same thing. I'm stuck in Roaming mode even with a stock Bell ROM. The data connection still works perfectly, which is the only issue i could find bell-related on these forums. Nothing about how to get out of constant roaming. Someone help?

Edit: finally managed to get the MSL by using the registry-edit. was giving me a wrong one using the back #. Manually reloaded the PRL to 31402. Changed it from NAT2 back to NAT1 and phone went back to normal local mode and data went back to Ev/1x instead of stuck on 1x...yey

Personal lesson learned: don't use any of the 'update' utilities on flashed ROMs
