Yeah, my phone hovers around 47-50% once I install all my stuff. "HTC Addicts Clean Ram V 1.6" does a good job at keeping system memory low. Check it out if you haven't yet. My battery usually last an entire day depending on how much I've used it. GPS will drain it quickly as will email pushing and lots of internet surfing. You could also think about switching out your radio as that sometimes helps with battery life as well. I think Juicy's rom is one of the fastest, if not the fastest custom rom out there right now. Battery consumption is dependant on so many things, it's hard to say exactly. Have you tried a reflash? Often times a reflash with help with little quirks and sometimes battery life. Not sure why though.

I reflashed last night and hadn't noticed till just now that even with all my customizing, system memory is sittin pretty at about 38-39%.
