With MagiCall you can specify the other two (or four) numbers to bypass the rule and dial directly. You can also add to the Google Voice filter 7:00 to 19:00 M-F if you don't want to use the service during your nights and weekends.
I tried the other dialers mentioned before reinstalling Magicall and overall it seems like the latter is a much better approach to the situation.
