I haven't used the Verizon/Samsung Official Upgrade. The flash process listed at
Samsung-Omnia.Org is the way most of us did it. Just substitute the CF03 image file instead of the CC20. UDML is a solid flash utility most Flashaholics use.
The
idoctor has put together a
tutorial, including links to get UMDL and the CF03 image file. I would start there if you still haven't been able to flash.
