The problem is that they hire random people with no phoen skillz. Not saying that everyone needs to geek out to have a job at Sprint, but SOME knowledge of mobile technology would be good. I can't tell you how many reps have no idea what simple things like MMS are. I had a German tourist come in once when I worked at Radio Shack. I sold him a GoPhone & before he left, he asked if the MMS settings were already programmed into the phone & my boss looked at him like a dog that just heard a funny noise. I was the only one there who had any clue what he was talking about.
Maybe I'm just bitter. It infuriates me to go into a Sprint store & have to explain stuff TO the reps, yet I can't get hired by Sprint. .
