I've had several WinMo phones over the years, and have loved them all more than the last.
I do agree that there are some "uneducated" reps out there, as there are with any electronics retailers. Just keep in mind, not all people that work for a cell phone company have to love WM devices. In fact, in my store, I'm the only WM user. One rep uses a Pre. The others are on BB. Simply a matter of choice. I'm smart enough to tell my customers which phone is right for them, whether it be WM, BB, regular phone...whatever. Sorry to hear all the horror stories, but there are good reps out there.
BTW...I've been employed here for 4 years, been the top salesman for a majority of that, as well as several...SEVERAL customer service awards.
