I'm assuming you are running a custom ROM which attempts to tweak the GPS using entries in HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS. Delete them if using a 1.12.XX radio and your GPS will lock as normal.

TO SUM THIS UP - IF YOU ARE USING A 1.12.XX RADIO AND IT IS TAKING 5 MINUTES TO LOCK DELETE THE REG KEY.
THOSE ON THIS RELEASE WITHOUT THIS ISSUE PROBOLY HAVE A DIFFRENT RADIO THAT IS PRE 1.12.XX
