http://ceregeditor.mdsoft.pl/, is what I use to export registry keys to my laptop, then I can just cut-n-paste into the RGU.
I don't recall what those registry entries are for, it's from my old TF3D kitchen that I haven't used in a while. I would assume they had something to do with setting the background pics...
