Sometimes you get rogue icons when you do not hard reset after flashing a ROM. Some of the old stuff from the past ROM get's mixed with the new and just causes problems like that. So first, try a hard-reset... it is standard procedure after flashing a ROM. Now, you may have hard-reset the device. If that is true and the icons are still there, then I guess you will just have to go in and delete them manually(\Windows\Start Menu\Programs).
