It does install some crapware - you can avoid this by just soft resetting after you get pass the initial sync align and password screen.

Java- no update as far as I can tell on the mobile java.
Flash needs to be installed - not sure if flash is installed or not but it doesn't work properly so install flash
LiveSearch - does not appear to have the latest live search with voice recognition - free for download
Bluetooth - need a full day to say for sure but so far 2 calls and no complaints - however when calling by BT via voice command, the phone dials but then the BT connection is dropped - press it the button on headset and it works.
No significant speed differences.
I'll update more as I get further.

Thanks for the feedback.
The soft reset on initial install removed the "sprint crap." If I remember correctly, this includes the Voice speed dial software and something that has to do with audio as well - right?
