You have to downgrade to IE 6.1 cab and then install "Sprint Picture Mail Hack" cab. Both are at:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=525324.
I'm pretty sure there is no way to look at your picture messages without going to the sprint website. At least not on the vogue. Although it may appear that it is not using your web browser because it goes straight to the Picture Mail site, it is still using your web browser. I would love it if someone knew how to get pics straight to your phone.
