I have been testing it and would like to say what I have experienced.

Word completion doesn't work in the messaging body or when selecting a contact from to: area. This is the first time I have seen this.

Thanks again VerizonGuy, Helmi_C, and others!!
I've noticed this also. I even tried a hack from Tweaks2K2 to change this and it made no difference. The other (probably related) thing I noticed is that names and the beginning of sentences are no longer automatically capitalized.

I'm also still having issues with my camera. When I close it using a hardkey, I get what can only be described as a color negative of the Today screen. I tried to get a screenshot of it, but curiously, the screenshot looks normal. I didn't have the issue with the original Helmi WM6. (But it did happen on some of the WM5 AKU3.5 ROMs.)

As for the vision thing... damn. That sucks. Glad it isn't necessarily permanent; but I know I'd be freaked. I had some issues with my corneas a few years ago that caused some amazing pain (didn't know the eyes could hurt like that) but mine was mostly "fixed" by wearing contact lenses.
