well i just got off the phone with sprint, starting with tier 2 tech support and i was told in their system the have no new rom comming out that they know of, so i then went to customer retention and the first guy wally started getting flippy with me so i went to his suprivisor and i told her i was going to leave sprint, they asked what would you like us to do for you and i said let me give back my mogul for a touch,i got disconected from her and got another guy and he will call me on the 4th and order me a touch and send me a return box for my mogul, i love my mogul but i need a stable fully functioning phone, what is going to happen is they will bill me for the touch but once they recieve the mogul will credit me that money back as an adjustment.
