They're atleast doing what people are asking and just giving us updated info. If you expect the company to give you info as soon as they have it you have to expect that the plans can change.
I'm still trying to figure out how anyone took the first employees post about the 22nd as an absolute date of when the firmware would be out. All that he did confirm was that testing of the firmware would be done soon and that they should have the firmware out by the 22nd, but he never guaranteed it.
