Background: Upgraded to WM6 last month, and its a little slower then the AKU I had, and the battery life is shorter. It just depends on what you want from the ROM. The kitchen will let you select/deselect options for stock items you want/dont want installed, whereas the AKU3 ROM comes loaded with stuff you probably dont need, but it is probably more stable since the Kitchen is in Beta (maybe even Alpha) and the AKU3 is an official release. The kitchen is not hard to use, but reading through the pdf is a good idea. Just be prepared to run into some minor problems since, as i said before this is a beta released primarily for testing.
