You need to install the prl and profile update, i used to have the same issue. There is a cab in this forum somewhere but ill put 1 for you so u can download it. Try reflashing and clear device again after reflashing and the installl the cab and mess around with the phone and internet and it will eventually work. I remember when i called sprint they asked for my prl and profile update but the rom does not include it so i was stuck.
