Well, I am sorry. I forgot to mention that I just swapped from a Diamond to the pro. My 3G connection may take a while to reset. I tested youtube and everything with my Wi-Fi connection and everything works perfectly fine. The SPRINT rep told me to take the battery out and re-install it and wait 2 or 3 hours for the 3G to start working again. How exactly do you hard reset again?
