wisbar advanced and wisbar desktop available at lakeridgesoftware.com but it isnt free, nor is it n00b friendly and quite frankly I dont think there are any good tutorials on actually appling themes. You will just have to check it out and see if thats what u want. I personally dont use it because it does slow the overall performance of the ppc tho....
