i was having this problem, the simplest fix, is start off with the stock sprint rom, connect and update your vision user name/pass, then flash to the alltel rom, just don't make any changes while using the alltel rom, like changing your vision user name, because there's no way (that i've found) to update your vision profile on the alltel rom, none of the ## codes have worked, besides the MSL...
