Re: HTC adopting Android on 50% of its handsets in 2010?

This may be true, but I read an article somewhere sometime (so official sounding, eh?) that said that Microsoft wanted to cut back on their production of different kinds of phones. Perhaps to focus on the quality of just a few devices. As of right now, we've got Toshiba, Samsung, HTC you name it making WinMo Phones, and all competing with one another. If Microsoft cut back on the number of devices, they could really focus on promoting a few quality devices. Maybe with WM7?

Meh, food for thought.
