Good timer program? What about a big-buttoned calculator?

I originally asked this on the software board, but got nowhere. So far people on here have been much more helpful, and you saved my butt with the VistaHide battery gauge.

Anyone know of a good timer program? Mainly I want a countdown timer, but I assume a good program that covers this need would probably do other things, too. Pluses would be a Today plug-in, not looking like crap, and maybe more alarms than the three that are built into WM6.

The other thing I'm looking for is a decent calculator (doesn't need any advanced functions) with buttons bigger than the ones in the included calculator. That one worked fine on my Axim X5, but it's much harder to use with my fingers on the smaller Mogul screen. I've looked through the PPC freeware sites, but the ones on there are either much more advanced scientific calculators, or look like they were designed on the first day of GUI class (or both). Anyone know one with finger-friendly buttons that looks nice and sticks to the basics (or has a basic mode)?
