I found it! although not on ppcgeeks found it through pure trial and error.

Goto: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1

and change RecvSizeLimitType from 1 to 5

Works great now.
