You have 2 options:

1) Set Vista 64-bit to compatibility mode. Do this by right-clicking on the Samsung utility .exe and then properties and setting it to Vista SP2

Well thats a bumber, I dont have vista sp2, only lower ones like xp sp2 and others..now what do I do?
