So...we have all been installing a placebo? That rocks! Maybe some junkie stole our Popup Fix and put saline solution back in the .cab file somewhere along the line....
(Google 'Kristen Parker nurse' if that junkie reference makes no sense -- it's still big news here in CO)
Thanks for the updated cab -- gonna check it out and do some test calls...
EDIT: Oh yeah, that worked! The 'WM Call Popup' doesn't appear whatsoever. Thanks again. (and those skins look great!)
