For psShutXP-easiest way is to install original psShutXP.cab soft reset,and then go to start/settings/system/add remove programs and uninstall.People like this application because it has display switch(you can listen music with display off)

For taskbar-its just 1 dll named largetitlebar.dll.Here is a post with many custom titlebar dlls.Im not sure if largetitlebar works on wm6.5...
