what exactly did you do to get it to work? i installed psshutxp and it didn't fix the power button problem for me.

assign it to your power button.
Start - Settings - Personal - Buttons then scroll down to Power key (hold) assign it to psshutxp. you'll have to change QWERTY TXT or QWERTY Msg to anything but Messaging as it won't let you have two assigned to the same option.
