The update:
You know, I am so freaking disturbed right now
. The good news it that verizon sent me out another phone on Friday. I made sure that I followed the instructions on saturday when the phone came. The upgrade began smoothly. The upgrade got up to 60% and stalled for 20 min. I called Samsung and asked them guide me through the next phase. I was told that I needed a level 2 technician. I said "great, can you connect me". A resounding "no" came back. There are not tech 2's working on Saturday and Sunday
!!!!!
The Samsung rep told me to take out the data cable and call back on Monday...Needless to say I bricked another phone.
Is there a way to do this on windows Vista 64 bit? In compatibility mode I don't have the xp service pack 2 option I see in some posts. DETAILED instructions would be greatly appreciated.
