In conclusion, the only noticeable improvement was with the Verizon radio. I will stick with that for a while and see if it makes a difference.

If I am not reporting the right values PLEASE let me know. Also let me know if there are any other values I should be taking into account.

Scrillaman, nice job. You tested more rigorously than me, but I am in total agreement with you and I think your "real world" usage will show you this one is worth sticking to. The Verizon radio is the way to go for the greater L.A. area. In my spot on the Westside it's really helped me and I was having some reception problems in my close area. I recommend all in the city give it a try.
