Poutlook is important for the sending and receiving of emails. I recommend leaving it.
It stands for "Pocket Outlook."
As for Pic Messages (MMS), you will need to find the appropriate Arcsoft built for your carrier. Which carrier do you use(?), and I'll do my best to help you find it.
