I would need to be able to get to an active system, first. I removed the battery, waited for 10 minutes, and replaced same, still the same result. Called the Mother Office (Verizon) and they are sending me another unit, as this one may just have a hardware issue, since the power lite on the top, near the "on/off" switch won't even glow when the device is plugged in to the wall outlet. I worked perfectly fine before. Oh well, that is what paving insurance and a warranty is for. Worth every dime.
