so i am currently on my 2nd toucn pro, will be recieving my 3rd next week...
1st one the keyboard went out along with the touch screen freezing
this one i just found out what the issue was.....

my phone kept powering off randomly, would keep a charge and sometimes wouldn't even come on...so i took it to the sprint store, and the tech told me there's a piece in your slider (when u slide the keyboard out) that controls parts of the electrical system on your phone, and from keyboard over use it shorts out your ENTIRE phone...so he put in a request for my 3rd touch pro..i have asked him while on the phone with sprint customer care to upgrade my phone to the touch pro 2 and they will get back to me later today to see if it's viable...so if you get that electrical issue, you know what it is
