I must be lucky.
I had dropped my 6700 so many times over the YEARS that i had it and when I finally made a claim through asurion I was sent a new 6800 which was already at the end of it's life cycle so that two weeks later I exchanged it for the Touch Pro which I luckily have not had any issues with.
I empathize with those of you who have had issues, but it would be a shame for someone viewing these threads to believe that everyone with an HTC device has nothing but trouble.
