Put my PPC6700 in bootloader mode and I ran the radio update by running the APACUpgradeUt_noID.exe command. after the update completed i did not do the hard reset. I just did a soft reset and the radio has been working fine. I have not tested the radio anywhere but here at work but i do have a 1-2 extra bars on the signal meter.
I tried flashing this way and it worked! Thanks for the hint... I did not preform a hard rest I and everything seems to be working fine although I'm not noticing any signal improvement in my reception I'm still on the border of x1 and EVDO in my house if i'm lucky I get 1 bar of EVDO mostly I go into roam 1x Ive been running the new radio for about 4hr and I don't see much change
