On my Diamond running Mighty ROM 4, whenever I go to read an SMS msg, the keyboard pops up, which is a bit annoying -- I assume that their presumption is that I'm going to want to reply, but that is usually not the case, plus I need to read the msg first and the keyboard obstructs it.

My Touch never did this, is there a registry hack to stop this behavior?
