Specifically this happens to me in TF3D Music tab. After clicking Library at the bottom the tabs for now playing, all songs, album, etc. I can never see the last two entrees.
It has happened in other places as well but I can't remember exactly where.

It sounds like you're using some programs that were made for a slightly higher res phone like a touch HD. I'm guessing that if you go into landscape (assuming it rotates properly), you should be able to see / select your last 2 entries.
