So - the training and implementation group has the instructions / how to data written and they put it up on the web to make sure links work, information is correct and spelled correctly and so they can get final sign-off from the proect manager. This could still be in development - but more likely it's in test. I hope I'm wrong but I bet their rollout will be over the weekend with a go live on Monday so they don't hang a bunch of users over the weekend without support.
So - hang in there - it'll happen eventually.

I actually think you may be dead on.... When I click those links... There is something that IE couldn't handle that say "access denied". Now it could just be from my firewall at work blocking a banner or something ( I haven't looked into the cause) but I did think about this page not being live as of yet.
