Im still trying to figure it out
the contacts folder contains nine shortcuts from contact1 to contact9 and 4 shortcut for the buttons, call history, delete, Phone, pocket CM, because I dont use Pocket CM they might be all PocketCM shortcuts, I use Funcontact which is the same as pocketCm but no SMS, I like the threaded SMS better.
I can configre the phone button, and pocktCM to funcontact button for now.

I have the arcsoft mms program installed, and when I go the the top rught button for sms/mms it does not open a new text message. It opens a window to open a new accoutn to text.

I dont use arcsoft sms/mms so I wouldnt know the issue, hopefully someone with arcsoft and the same issue can figure it out.
