ok just got off the phone with the guy and he says that there is no way that they can possibly charge any monthly charges for subscribing to any of these channels because there is no sprint tv in there system for any windows mobile devices. so worst case senerio is that when an update does come out it will override the sprint tv on the phone and it wont retain that you signed up for any of the stations.

EDIT: of course you would have to have an unlimited data plan. unless you wanted to spend an arm and a leg on internet usage
