I prefer a clean, elegant interface. Less is more. I don't like clutter, other than for the clock face, which I prefer the old-style fancy/articulate ones.

Have you tried SPB mobile shell 3? It's extremely customizable...I used it for a while before switching to a 6.5ROM, but I'm pretty sure you would be able to create your lifestyle home screen to contain everything you're wanting
