Just to be accurate, the modifications to the APP weren't what fixed it, as I only PARTIALLY understand (see previous questions in this thread I posted) --- it was the modifications to the way the url is given from venus.net. (All on the backend.) I am very confused as to why weather.com allows us if it balked previously. And if anyone knows of another ap that gives hour resolution on temperature forecast data please post, as this thing is too unreliable on my ppc.
Edit: I'm not positive, but the hourly graph problem seems to be that last hour is 0 once you go to next hour. So if it updates data at 10:58, at 11:00 is needs to plot a 0 on the last part of plot, which on a 70-90 scale essentially turns the graph into a worthless trailing step function. So to fix problem I hacked my theme to only plot 11 data points instead of 12. Seems to work ok so far. Am I the only person who plots hourly forcasts like
right on their today screen? I guess I am an idiot but I don't see why anyone would want to know the high and low instead of the temp and chance of rain at the time of their future event.
