For titanium or touchflo?
If you want to change it in titanium, then you can find it under sys>base_dpi_192_resh_480_resv_640 but it is also in the .tsk
To change it in TouchFlo just rename which ever wallpaper you want to use to Mystery's Wallpaper.jpg and replace it with the one in the carrier OEM.
